Key speakers :

Kaori Terauchi (Managing Director, I-Environment Investments Pacific Pty Ltd)

General Manager at ITOCHU Australia Ltd. and Managing Director of I-Environment Investments Pacific Pty Ltd, brings 20+ years of power industry experience across Asia. She is also a registered US attorney and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Jo Keiko Terasawa (Head of Inclusion and Equity Programs, APAC - Google)

Inclusion and belonging expert, working to build the Inclusion and Equity program strategy for Google in APAC. Her mission is to drive real change from the corporate sector to the world so talent from underrepresented communities feels empowered to participate fully as a part of the organisation.

+MC/facilitator: Iori Forsyth (AJBWN)

Currently with the Australia Japan Business Co-Operation Committee (AJBCC), Iori has over 10 years of experience working in Australia-Japan relations with state and federal governments, specialising in the education trade sector. Iori also manages a successful YouTube channel promoting Australia to a Japanese audience.

This event celebrating International Women’s Day will feature engaging discussions on empowering women and redefining gender roles within the Australia-Japan business landscape. Presented in a fireside chat format, distinguished guest speakers will lead the conversation facilitated by our MC in an interactive and intimate setting. The discussion will include personal experiences, insights, and anecdotes from the speakers, providing valuable insights into navigating the Australia-Japan business sphere. There will be plenty of time for Q&A and networking to connect with speakers and like-minded people over drinks. Don't miss this opportunity to be inspired and empowered as we celebrate the achievements of women in business and work towards a more inclusive future.
